Be Agile World Resources Information Radiator

In many organizations there are handwritten, drawn, printed or electronic representations or displays which are placed in a visible location, so that all team members and stakeholders can see the latest information at a glance. Also known as Big Visible Charts, information radiators can show things such as counts of automated tests, team throughput, cycle time, incident reports, information related to builds and deployments, the health of environments. Use of information radiators helps reinforce the notion that a team has nothing to hide from information consumers (customers and other stakeholders), and also that it has nothing to hide from itself (it acknowledges and addresses problems).
