Peter Drucker coined the phrase &#8220;knowledge work&#8221; to describe less physical forms of work in the book <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Landmarks_of_Tomorrow\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Landmarks of Tomorrow<\/span><\/a>. In the book, Drucker predicted that the biggest benefits to society would come from knowledge work and many organizations would one day employ more knowledge workers than laborers.
